Law Firm Office Administrator, Am Law 100
Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to oversee the administrative and operational functions of its Nashville office, along with two additional offices in the Carolinas. This leadership role works closely with attorneys, firm management, and corporate departments to ensure smooth operations, exceptional client service, and a collaborative workplace culture. This is a hybrid position based in Nashville, TN.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least five years of office management experience within a law firm or professional services environment. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing office operations, human resources, facilities, budgeting, and administrative functions, combined with strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
